How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Membership Zen account, you have the following options:

1. In-App Account Deletion

• Open the Membership Zen mobile app

• Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account

• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete account deletion

2. Email Request

• Send an account deletion request to: support@membershipzen.com

• Include the following information:

• Your registered email address

• Username

• Reason for account deletion (optional)

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your Membership Zen account:

• All personal information will be permanently removed from our databases

• Your account access will be immediately revoked

• Subscriptions and recurring payments will be cancelled

• Historical data and past interactions will be deleted

Data Retention and Deletion Process

• Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7-10 business days

• We may retain minimal information as required by legal obligations

• You will receive a confirmation email once your account is fully deleted
