Participate in contests, promotions, or rewards programs offered by Membership

The Website, Apps, Content, Data Collection, and Contests are collectively referred to as the

“Services.

By creating an account, registering, downloading, or otherwise using Membership Zen services,

you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

If you are acting on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you

have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

Membership Zen’s services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age. If you are

By submitting content (text, images, videos, etc.) to Membership Zen, you grant Membership

Zen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content

for promotional, marketing, or operational purposes.

You are responsible for the content you submit and agree that it will not violate intellectual

property rights or contain harmful, abusive, or unlawful material.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

While using Membership Zen Services, you agree not to:
